Oem traxxas stuff!
The spur gear and pinion were skipping teeth in my slash. Took a look and it was caused by a wore out output bearing in the velineon motor. I put this kit in (labelled Traxxas). Fit was perfect. Motor work great. Only difference , bearing are metal sealed instead of rubber sealed. Probably gonna have to oil them up every season.

Cheap maintenance part, don't overlook the motor periodically
I have a 12yo Velineon that's run on a 120BLSGd2 with punch and timing boosts and it's been a champion to this day(runs as good as any new one I have). Every couple winter tear-downs I use this cheap upgrade set, even though I don't use the bell(mine's from the aluminum bell days). Worth the few bucks if you're doing the deed on a full tear down/rebuild. You'd change the carrier bearing too... Could skip and just use a couple bearings, but it's just another little baggie in the pile on rebuild sessions, so why not.
