Es handelt sich um ein sehr schönes Modell mit sauber profilierten Details, das im positivem Sinne eine Herausforderung an den passionierten Bastler darstellt. Lediglich den Maßstab kann nicht stimmen. Bei 1 130 müsste das Modell deutlich größer ausfallen. ich tippe eher auf 1 230. Was die Bauanleitung angeht, so könnte dieser genauer sein. Man merkt eben, dass manche Airfix-Modelle in den 70gern entwickelt worden sind. Aber genau das macht für mich den Reiz dieser Modelle aus. Was die Bamalung angeht, so arbeitet der Bauplan nur mit Nummern, die aber nicht in einen Farbschlüssel umgesetzt werden, so dass man hier auf Recherchen angewiesen ist. Ist aber im Internetzeitalter kaum ein Problem. Allzu genau halte ich persönlich es mit den Farbvorgaben eh nicht. Ich habe heute die beiden Rumpfteile und das Deck verklebt und freue ich schon auf die weiteren Arbeiten.

War leider nicht komplett. Das heißt der Bootskörper bestand aus zwei gleichen Hälften. Die Beschreibung war auch sehr mager. Wurde aber korrekt zurückgenommen.

Nicht zu empfehlen !
Der mitgelieferte Kleber ist eingetrocknet . Teile des Bausatzes flogen im Beutel rum und sind nicht zu gebrauchen . Die zwei Rumfteile passen nicht aufeinander ( total verzogen ) .Beschreibung sehr schlecht . Der Weg zum Mülleimer war nicht weit! Lieber wieder Revell .

It was okay
The pieces were awkward when attempting to glue them in place. It was hard to figure out the assembly and my father wasn't very happy with the final results. Yet it kept him busy for hours and hours. I was happy but he wasn't. So that's why I gave this 3 stars.

Some of the pieces are too small so that all the detail is lost. It looks just like a piece of coloured plastic. It is a shame because the rest of the kit is ok

Not really good I'm afraid
Not really good I'm afraid. To many tiny bits and not clear enough instructions. The rigging and the sails seem almost impossible and so it is unfinished. Also not enough white paint to cover all recommended surfaces with necessary cover

The ship is grait but rope ladders hast to be mad by hand wich is very difficult to do.

Afloat with my purchase
Purchased this for a present. They were impressed with gift overall, only one problem were that the paints were not very good.
