Great looking, quality skid plate to add some extra weight low down on the vehicle
Bought this to add some weight low down on my HPI venture 18 Bronco. Does it admirably, and this, combined with a few other bits (brass diff covers, brass wheel weights and hexes) has made a noticeable difference to the centre of gravity. Due to the way this RC Car is constructed, replacing this is a pretty major strip down so good to use the opportunity to replace bearings, axles etc... just to minimise the number of times you have to do it. It ships with replacement screws, and you need to use these as for some reason the originals didn't seem to fit even though they look the same. The replacements are good quality though, but don't over tighten them, they are very tiny ! Value for money is good. I'm old enough to remember when breaking something on an RC car was a big financial hit, so these upgrades from Injora seem a good price based on that experience. First time I've used Injora stuff and will definitely look to get more in future for other vehicles. Only small niggle is the delivery time. Would be nice to have EU/UK based stock to get it quicker, but that is more about my impatience than anything to do with Injora. They kept to the stated delivery window, so no complaints about that. Overall, these are a nice alternative to the official HPI upgrades, so I'm very happy.
