The product is very pretty and looks good, the materials are natural, the price is good... The problem is that in the photo, it brings two long ribbons, which considering the making of the hat, are necessary to tie it and keep it in place. I ordered this product and it arrived without the ribbons. I thought it was defective, because not only do the ribbons appear in the photo: the clearly appear in the description, which in Spanish says "con cintas", which means "with ribbons". I got one, thought it was defective, sent it back and ordered another. The second one also came without the ribbons. The hat is cute, but it's unusable without the ribbons unless you want to spend a lot on hairpins, which I don't want to. I like the product, I like the company and I would like to buy more of their products. This item is lovely, but due to the construction of the hat, it can't be worn in place without the ribbons, and it comes without them. No viene con las cintas que aparecen, no solamente en la foto, sino en la descripción del producto. Es de buen material, bonito, y queda muy bien... pero debido a la construcción que tiene, sin las cintas no hay forma de que se quede puesto en su sitio: tendrías que tirar de horquillas y tampoco te iría muy bien porque la franja de sujeción (donde deberían ir cosidas las dos cintas largas) es bastante dura y costaría sujetarla con horquillas. Es una pena de producto, porque es una preciosidad, pero es que no se corresponde con la descripción ni con la foto, y lo que es más grave, que sin lo que le falta de la descripción y las fotos, no se puede usar.
