Descrizione del prodotto Informazioni sul prodotto: Primo volo nel 1935, quando alla Germania fu vietata la costruzione di bombardieri ai sensi del Trattato di Versailles, l'Heinkel He111 fu inizialmente camuffato da aereo da trasporto veloce. Tuttavia, il suo vero scopo divenne presto chiaro quando venne utilizzato come bombardiere durante la Guerra Civile Spagnola. Le prime varianti si dimostrarono bombardieri veloci e capaci, con solo un piccolo numero perso a causa dell'azione nemica. All'inizio della seconda guerra mondiale, l'He111 aveva subito importanti modifiche, dando vita al modello P. I motori erano ora unità Daimler Benz DB601 più potenti e c'era una sezione anteriore in vetro allargata che ospitava la maggior parte dell'equipaggio. 1970's Nostalgia - Modern Day Manufacturing Standards
Way back in the mists of time. Or the 70's as many prefer to call it, I was a young boy who like many others badly made Airfix model aircraft. Now at the ripe old age of 50 having occasionally dabbled with model making throughout my time working offshore I return to the very first aircraft model that I ever made. It is of course a trip down a winding nostalgic past when things were simpler and life rather less complicated in general. And of course Airfix know this and have deliberately pointed out that this is indeed a new re-tooled version of their original He111 with of course the emotive box art by Roy Cross mentioned. And how can a man of a certain age resist the temptation to remake something of his childhood. I certainly could not. But, don't think that this is Airfix cashing in on an old blokes fading memories. They have created a wonderful model aircraft of the highest standards easily up there with the best. For a period of time I - and many others looked upon Airfix as the mid tier makers compared to the likes of Tamiya but not now. I've made a few of their re-tooled models and frankly I doubt that anyone could make any better. Now, compared to my 1970's version this is a huge leap forward in fit, detail and level of finish. It is also a model that requires a degree of effort and skill to get the best out of because of the detail. The photo I enclose is the second I made because my first effort was not as good as it could have been. This one is better but I already have number three ready to make. I'd like to add that I am trying to improve my skills and accept that if I get it wrong, I'll do it again. That is of course how we learn. So the detail is fantastic. Fit is too. Little in the way of filling to be done and minimal filing of casting flash to be removed. Another huge leap forward over the rather cruder models of my youth. Decals are very good but of course to get the best out of them one needs to use some type of decal fixing liquid. I use Humbrol Decalfix and it works well enough although takes an age to get the decals to break free of the backing paper. Hardest part of this model is the front glass area which is an utter bugger to mask properly to paint it. Took me ages and its not that good so I'll have at it again I guess. Paint is Vallejo acrylics. I use these simply because the bottles are brilliant with non of the nonsense associated with the old tins and most of all I fly to work overseas so no issue with flammable liquids. I have now made a number of the new Airfix kits and frankly, they have all been superb. This is no different. 10 out of 10 for Airfix.

エアフィックスの新金型ハインケルHe111。 私みたいなオールドファンは、なんといっても「空軍大戦略」ですからね。 近年の輸入プラモデルの爆発的高騰は頭痛のタネ、Amazonでも1/72で5,000円台とか、もったいなくてなかなか着手できません。でも寿命来る前には作ります????

Magnifica maqueta. Hecha con nievos moldes y nueva presentación, con la acostumbrada calidad de Airfix-Precio razonable y entrega muy rápida.
