This item is Brand New and constructed of foam board which is printed on the outside. We will e-mail a fully detailed set of instruction sheets with each purchase. As will be seen in the instructions, some cutting with a scalpel or craft knife is required during the construction process. We recommend the use of PVA Glue with the option of 3M Craftmount for glazing and to have available a straight edge for cutting and pins to assist in the initial positioning of the components prior to gluing. Please note the track & cars are Not included in with this kit.
