Translucent Setting Powder
I have the banana powder so I thought I would try out the translucent option. I am sure I will never have to buy setting powder again as there is a ton in there. It does a great job (I don't use the puff that comes with it because I feel like I need to be in a 1940s struggling starlet movie) but I do have to touch it up during the day. And then I just use my E.L.F. compact because that fits in my purse and does the job almost equally as well - also it is pressed powder and the Graftobian is loose. I had to ask for divine intervention to get the protective covering off the top - it came in the form of tweezers that must have been enchanted. Other than that, I'm pleased.

I have to say I have been doing making a long time personally and this is the best face setting powder I have used and I have used some really expensive ones. It is not a waste of money. If your looking to set make up only because it is transparent this is great.

If you want dry, cracked skin...
This powder is extremely drying and it leaves a tint of white on the skin when you use it even though it is supposed to be translucent. I wouldn't recommend this especially if you have dry skin. It makes your skin look cracked and very dried out and you'll feel dried out. Save your money.

No good for all skin colors.
I didn't realize I was buying performance makeup. I don't have a reason to need such a heavy setting powder. It also doesn't look good on all skin colors like the description says. I have dark brown skin so It made me look like I was trying to change my skin color. Didn't work for me but I liked the puff that comes with it.

Works okay to set heavy make-up but don't expect miracles
Purchased this setting powder in preparation for my Halloween costume as Elphaba. While the setting powder worked okay, don't expect smudge free miracles. At the end of the night, there is a definite green ring around my collar. Overall it is a good product but I wish it had a bit more staying power. It is important to note that you must pat the powder on with the powder puff included, do not rub as it will take off the foundation before it is completely set. Also, as you pat it on your skin it will leave a very definite white layer over your make up. This is normal. Do not panic as the powder will dissolve into your makeup and disappear in a few minutes. Thumbs up for price and ease of use. Not for serious theatrical make up you'd wear for a long period of time.
