Great 1954 Goji statue.
Fantastic purchase, especially at the price. I've seen images of very bad seams and had some concerns, but mine is quite nice. Feels sturdy and has weight to it. All visible seams are nice and tight and about what to expect. They look worse(enhanced) in images than they do on the shelf. Large figure, beautiful sculpt, great detail in the face and mouth, they even got the "crazy eyes" ????right the backplates are fantastic. I needed a better OG 1954 Goji for the recent 70th anniversary of Godzilla. I'm very satisfied. Every Godzilla collection needs a 1954 and this is a great, inexpensive way to add a quality piece to your collection. I love it.

I love this line of godzilla figures because it has great detail & reminds me of the old classic films. It will look great at any display or desk. Can't wait to get the rest of the set!

Excellent craftsmanship
My wife and I are enormous fans of the original Godzilla and when i found this item I had to get it for her birthday. We were not disappointed. The model was exactly as described and the detail is amazing. As another reviewer said, there are some (barely visible) seams where the figure was assembled, but I scarcely expected a literally seamless model produced in one continuous piece, and it's certainly not a toy. Whether it's what one would want or expect, or whether the price is worth it, is something each individual has to decide for themselves. For us, this is a great, fun, precise rendition of Gojira in his first and best incarnation from 1954, and especially for Godzilla aficionados, well worth having.

Very good
Very good I recommend to buy this if you're a Godzilla fan or toy collector though if you like to look at the detail there is some things that kind of look off like there's like cracks on the neck but that doesn't bother me but I know other people might not like it what I mean by cracks is is that it looks like it will be articulated but it's not that's what I mean

I was hesitant to get this when it was initially released because of concerns about seams & shine, but I'm so glad I went for it in the end. Even in hand, it looks great. A few seams are visible on mine if you look super closely, but only if you look closely. Mine definitely looks workds better than the ones that shyed me away originally. As far as the sculpt alone goes, I would put it almost on par with a 9" X Plus figure. Very good for the money, and since I wanted to have a display statue for 1954, I feel like this was the perfect choice.

Not Worth the Price!
The product photos cleverly hide (even with zoom) the seams where they glued all the various pieces together. It looks like a toy, not a collectors model. Definitely not even worth half the asking price. I returned it.
