Great value, sturdy, easy to do
Purchased this as a gift for the birthday of a 10 year old girl who likes crafts. She enjoyed it immensely and found it easy to do once the yarn was started. She was very pleased with the results and it using it to hold jewelry and decorate her room. The wire is strong enough to hold it's shape and not break when bent but soft enough to bed into the desired shape without adult assistance. She did wish it had a larger variety of colors and maybe a sparkly one to wrap over the plain colors but that was her only suggestion. Very cute and usable gift, not the normal craft kit that once complete is tossed in the garbage or is so cheap that it won't hold up. Very glad I purchased this.

Be creative
Absolutely loved this product here are some tips. 1. Buy more yarn in colors you may want to add or use 2. Be prepared this will take you a while but it is worth it. It starts off in pieces 3. They want you to hold the cardboard elephant together with a simple tape wrapper around it!. Nope glue or modpodge those things together if you want it to stay in place and make wrapping in yarn easier. 4. Be creative in how you wrap I had to think outside the box when trying to figure out how to get the final strand to stay in place so I moved it along the bottom and made it a part of my tail. 5. Enjoy and have fun

Enjoyed Adding My Own Style
I used my own Yarn to match my decor. I painted the hot pink tips the day before I started wrapping since they did not go with my color scheme. Then I draped scraps of yarn to try to make it look like a Weeping Willow Tree. I'm happy with the results. I enjoyed doing this craft. It was a nice way to pass the time. I may buy another one. I Would Recommend this Craft Kit.

Even better quality than expected!
You can mold the branches however you want, the wire tree is very high quality and sturdy. Bigger than I was expecting too! I started it the other day and haven’t finished it but will eventually, then the little yarn ends in the pic will be covered by other yarn. Def follow the instructions because their way makes the most sense. The trunk has to be done last to hide the yarn ends. This is def a adult craft! Not really for kids! Maybe a very mature child that enjoys repetitive things, like crotcheting, would enjoy this tho. Kinda boring even for me lol but the finished product will be soooo beautiful, I’m still loving it. Takes a whiiiile tho. Def recommend for adults tho. Beautiful!

A little difficult but can be cute.
Granted, I didn't follow the pattern exactly because I wanted golden hooves to match the golden horn I decided to give them so I replaced these steps with gold pipe cleaner instead. While I am somewhat satisfied in the end product, this was surprisingly difficult that I am not sure the intended audience would be able to get through it without an adult. My complaints are as follows: 1. The body wrapping steps are a little unclear. I got through the legs just fine but after wrapping horizontally, switching to vertical wrapping went haywire despite my attempts to get the adhesive on. I didn't know how to correctly get around the body through the legs after this. 2. Wrapping the head is especially a pain. The yarn that is supposed to magically stay on the tip of the snout doesnt seem to want to stay and gets loose while crafting. I added some extra glue to these but even then there is still a few hail Mary's to get the yarn there to stay even after completion. 3. The adhesive. OMG. I am aware this is double sided but even my sharp nails struggled to get the clear adhesive sandwiched between 2 very thin protective pieces. It was especially a challenge. Perhaps provide a tool or a flap to make this easier? I grumbled a lot during steps that required me to use the adhesive and this made it feel more like a chore than fun. I also ran out of the stuff and had to resort to regular Elmer's glue about 80% through the project. 4. If you don't want a heavyweight unicorn, I'd recommend just using one or 2 of the middle cardboard cutouts instead of the instructed 3. (May save you some adhesive as well). While my adult unicorn turned out pretty well, my foal is a bit more "healthy" sized than I would have liked. Overall cute but indeed challenging. Yes, I decided to change a few steps like not unraveling the hair, attached the hair with a crochet hook and crochet method, used a sharpie to color in some eyes, decided against making and using the reins, and the aforementioned gold changes but overall this was more taxing than fun. However, I do think one of the end products look adorable. If you purchase this, good luck! Perhaps you will have a better time with it than I did!

Well made and lots of fun!
We bought this for our teenage daughter. It was one of those gifts we weren’t sure she would like or not. She absolutely loved it. It is well put together and the directions are easy to follow.

Love it! Not hard but not super easy if you really want it to look nice like the pictures (meaning I don't think a child would wrap it nice and neat). My sister wants me to make her one as "Easter Tree" decoration she'll hang eggs on it. Posted on Facebook and my cousin wanted to buy it from me!

Definitely for older kids with patience
Cute but wasn’t expecting to have to put the elephants together before stringing them with the yarn. Some parts are awkward to do & takes extra time to make it look as shown.

Perfectos pero necesitan más materiales
Son muy bonitos, viene el material para realizar un unicornio grande y uno pequeño, aparentemente trae todos los materiales necesarios pero la realidad es que pegar el estambre con cinta tape doble cara no es funcional, ya que se despega fácilmente, yo decidí irlo pegando con silicón frío y quedó perfecto, ideal para un rato de relax, el armado no es tan sencillo diría yo que es bueno para niños mayores de 9 años, a pesar que el paquete llega protegido con bolsitas de aire la caja si llego maltratada, el paquete no pedí para uso personal así que no hubo mayor problema pero quizás si lo deseas para regalo eso pudiera ser un inconveniente
