Super stretchy! Can be worn with or without the petticoat.
I purchased this costume after not finding one at the popular Halloween stores in person. I’m 5’1 and about 130 lbs, 36 DD chest. The costume is PERFECT! I’m so happy, I was worried it’d be too long. I purchased size medium.

Does not fitnas described and looks cheaply made. There is no comfort and the value os definitely not there.
