It was true to size and my Bitsy loving 3 year old was thrilled. The hood was a little big and kept falling off but other than that it was great.

Adorable costume. Only complaint is the hood/ headpiece is really large for a toddlers head. It falls down over her eyes, but she still likes it.

Bought this for my 3 year old and she adores this! She wears it almost every day! Its two weeks before Halloween and it has the most use out of any other costume! it fits, it looks the part, and great value!
