Agree with the other reviewer. Dress itself is pretty but the lights are encased in black material so does not actually light up the skirt. Despite having a button to adjust light settings the only setting that works is flashing lights. I ordered the size medium for a child 7-8, and the witch hat is basically a baby head size so too small for most children. Disappointed as this was a pretty dress, but too expensive to not have the skirt light up and the hat not wearable.

Kid loves costume, but…
Batteries were dead on arrival. Once I finally located some AG10 batteries (not easy to find!) it turns out the LED light system does not work. Sigh. Also, hat runs small or my kiddo has a big head.
