Such a fun pirate costume! This costume could be unisex, my daughter loved it. The quality of the fabric is similar to other costumes, a little thin but designed well.

Adequate Halloween costume.
Costume is ok. I think $28 is a little steep for what you get, but that's typical these days. I ordered a large for my skinny 54" 65lb 9 year old based off of other reviews. The pants are big at the waist, but nothing a safety pin cannot fix. I think a medium would have been too short. I don't think this costume will last beyond one or two wears, but that's all we need it for. She's happy, so I'm happy. Note: Sword and necklace not included.

Girl pirates will like this one
This is a cute outfit. Runs small. The boot covers are separate from the pants, which I didn’t realize when ordering. Wasn’t a problem, but they’re kind of flimsy. The belt is nothing but a strip of thin vinyl - daughter wanted a sword and holder, so we ended up needing an actual belt. Eye patch is only built to last one time...maybe. Black combat boots, hat, and toy sword complete the look.

Had To Return It ????
This is a BEAUTIFUL Costume, but I had to return it. I ordered it for my 11 year old literally about to be 12years this weekend so she can wear it at the RenFaire in July. This costume will definitely not be comfortable in 98° weather. I ordered the size Large just because another review said it would fit a standard sized 12 year old. I should've known better though because everyone is different lol. My daughter is 4'10 inches in height and her waist size is 48 inches. The pants were way too tight she had a hard time pulling them up and it didn't go all the way up. The bottom part of the pants stopped at mid calf. When she lifted up her arms the top would raise up too so it is kind of short. The eyepatch was also really tight lol she laughed and said it felt like her eyeball was about to pop out.. The style is perfect for a tween girl who doesn't like to wear dresses, but the size is truly meant for smaller children..Measure! Measure! Measure! Don't be like me, I am but a mere foool LOL

Bad quality and not worth the money
At first wear the pants stitches open up and my girl needed to spend her custom party with torn pants. Very bad quality.

Cute
I ordered this in a size S for my daughter based on some reviews. She needs a Medium. She is a tall 9 year old but very thin, she could wear the costume and the pants fit but the shirt was too short in the waist. If she moved her arms the shirt came up. I think the Size S would fit 6-8 year old and M- 8-10. The costume came in great condition and with all it's accessories.
