This costume is A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!!!!! When ordering costumes online, you never know what you're going to get--We were really impressed with this one!! It comes with all of the bells and whistles (like "sandals"-they were a tad big so we added our own velcro circles to tighten them up) at a great price and looked very authentic! My 5 year old put silver wings on & used it for a St. Michael the Archangel costume for All Saints Day at his school and then changed it up a little and dressed as a gladiator to go trick or treating. He wears it every chance he gets and it is still in great condition (great quality for a Halloween costume). We would definitely buy it again!

A big hit!
I ordered this costume for my son to wear in a church Easter play in which he was playing a Roman soldier. It worked out great! My son said it was the best costume he's ever had and he plans to wear it for Halloween this year. It is good quality for a costume, fits well and looks very nice. The only negative thing I could say about it is that it is hard to fit over his head, but with a few good tugs it eventually goes on or comes off. :)

Costume for King Saul Role
Costumes tend to run small like pajamas and this one was no different. My son is still in Medium shirts and this fit perfectly...as in I went ahead and donated it to the church when we were done with the play because he might have been able to get into for about 10 more minutes :) The leg pieces were cool but wanted to turn, I probably should have strapped them tighter. The upper arm pieces were too small for his upper arms. The neck opening on the cape barely fit over his head (several ouches as I tried to get it over his ears). The tunic underneath was a little too short for comfort but he just wore some khaki shorts underneath and they blended well. I had to give it a four because of the drawbacks above, but all in all, it is a cute costume, was perfect for the role, and all the boys thought it was really cool. The quality of the pieces was very good. For the money, I would not have even considered trying to make that one by hand.

Nice costume
My son needed a costume for school. He was doing a presentation on Alexander the Great and this was the closest costume I could find that wouldn’t require extra work on my part. He wore it with a pair of brown sandals we already owned and it was a good match. He received several compliments on his costume. Good quality of the price.

Well made
The tie in the back made it adjustable to fit just right. Pretty good material for a costume. The shield and helmet pictured were purchased separately. The costume comes with a headband that is actually really cute too (in the first picture) but my son wanted more of a gladiator look than Hercules but that being said, the costume works for both. The "skirt" was a bit wrinkled from shipping and I released the wrinkles with a steamer but it really wasn't that noticable before doing so, you can see them right out of the package in the first photo.

Missing things
My package was missing the cap and body armor. I don't understand how that wasn't in the package when in it's the description. I filled a return and replacement so hopefully the new one coming in has all the pieces. If not this is false advertisement.

The media could not be loaded. I am very pleased with my purchase. My little man looked super cute in this costume. It's very comfortable and quality is great for the price. Sizing is accurate too. Highly recommend.

Don't Trust The Picture
OK, you Should read the description but this is parents in a hurry. Aren't we all? There is no sword or shield with this. Which now leaves this parent running around trying to find one in time for the school event for which this was purchased. Even the pic on the packaging has a sword and shield on it. Pretty bad to be honest. The rest of the costume is what you'd expect for the price and as long as it withstands the day, it'll be fine.
