Good Eliza costume!
Typical costume quality. Pretty sheer when backlit. Waist is stretchy, making the dress easy to pull on. Comes with hip pads as a separate piece that fastens around the waist with velcro (worn in the pictures). Size large (10-12) is true to size and fits as expected. Arrived quickly. Child is delighted!

Beware on Returns / Refunds
Buyer Beware. I paid $18.99 to rush deliver this item ahead of Halloween to make sure sizing worked. The material is thin poly material, the length and dimensions of the skirt is too slim and short for an underskirt so the costume won’t look / feel authentic. I’ve received better costumes from Disney. Of note: the vendor does not process refunds until 2-3 days after receipt of item and charges $6.49 for return, deducted from cost. After spending on shipping once, for a very overpriced costume, a return fee is LUDICROUS.
