Needed for a class project, and this costume looks expensive looking; which surprised me given the price. It washed beautifully too! It fits true to size, and overall was the best purchase for a Betsy Ross costume!

Great costume. Deserves 5 stars. The category said “thickness” I gave it 3 stars because it’s a thin material, but that’s what we loved about it. This is my daughter she is 4’9”, usually wears a 14/16 shirt and 10/12 shorts. I bought her the 12-14 costume and this dress came all the way to her ankles. Super stretchy. Great value

President's Day cookie booths
We used these costumes for three of our Girl Scouts during our President's Day cookie booth. They looked so adorable! I wish it wasn't so cold that they had to wear coats over them most of the time but, I got a few good photos first :) Here's one of my daughter trying it on at home, and another of our girls at their booth. ~The material is VERY Thin, but it's typical of kids costumes. The stitching was well done, and they're pretty durable.

Good Costume
My daughter is 11, and was Betsy Ross for the Living museum at her school. We thought this costume worked great. The hat is very small elastic though, wouldn't stay on without clips. the chest area drooped a little in the middle but I just put a couple stitches on each side and my daughter was happy with the improvement. Overall a good costume!

Decent little dress for the price. I bought it for a one-time use at a local parade. It looked cute. The hat is way too small for a 10-year old, however.

Used Item Sold as New!!
This costume is USED and I might have been okay with that, had it been sold as such. However, it wasn’t and it’s also stained and has small tears in the fabric. The pictures are of the front bottom and front mid section. The bottom also looks like it was dragged while being worn. Definitely not new!

My daughter had a 3rd grade presentation on a historical figure...and she chose Betsy Ross. Although this is not a historically accurate costume, it was so much nicer, easier and neater than anything I could have come up with. Fits true to size (if maybe a little small). We added a Betsy Ross flag, some wire-rimmed glasses and it worked great. Might even be able to convince her to use it for her Halloween costume!
