Needs new batteries
Cute but was a little big. The lights don’t work, I’m still trying to figure it out and get more new batteries. Hopefully it will work before Halloween.

Very heavy and did not work
Received the item, tried it on my daughter and she was complaining of how heavy it was. Upon opening and playing with the Ariel necklace it did not light up or work nor did the skirt, very disappointing will not be buying again!

Beautiful costume, the necklace is a great feature. It is however, connected to a wire that's connected to a battery pack. The wiring for the light up fin is located in the upper portion (of fin) and overall the dress is very heavy. The battery pack sits in a little pouch at the back of costume. I don't believe this is something my daughter will easily be able to throw on herself and wear around for long periods, as she does other costumes.
