Perfect for prom
I bought these for my junior year prom. For $7 for 9, they worked pretty well. They fit the face fine. I wish the ribbons were longer. Their silk texture made it hard for it to stay tied, so it slipped around a bit. But other than that, there was minimal fraying and the colors were completely accurate. I'd say buy these if you're trying to last minute fit a theme: like I was.

Great in a pinch
The were great for the price, managed to be able to provide friends with masks without taking up loads of room in my baggage. They don’t stand up to close scrutiny but they look great in full body pictures

Comfortable but Hard to Keep in Place
These are soft and flexible, not the rigid masks I had expected. That makes them comfortable, but also means it is hard to keep them in place. The provided ribbons are fairly short and they’re slippery too. Even if you pin the ribbon into your hair, the more elaborate parts of the mask have a tendency to flop over, which rather ruins the effect. The parts not laying against your face will definitely not remain upright/keep their shape, contrary to what is shown in the product photos. Additionally, the silver and gold colors are not very metallic looking. These are okay for kids or a not-taking-it-seriously party, but if you’re looking for something to wear to a more formal masquerade I would skip these.
