Great charger, if you understand how a car works, then buy this.
I'm running this off of my solar array, works great even with the 4 battery splitter. This is running off a 12.6v battery that is hooked into a dc-dc converter that lets the 13.05vup convert happen. What I don't understand is that there are people complaining that this doesn't work with the car off, well duh it doesn't work with the car off, the only thing that are supposed to work with the car off are the lights, go complain to your car's manufacturer not dji.

Doesnt work in some vehicles
Of the three vehicles I've used it in, it worked in my truck and SUV but not in the sedan. Has to do with the voltage protection. It charges quickly otherwise. Try turning on your headlights if you're having issues.

Great for charging batteries via batteries in the field!
Works well. I chopped off the socket plug and added some XT-60 connectors; now I use it with 4S batteries to charge in the field. Note: A fully charged 4S pack is 16.8V which is above a cuttoff for the charger input. I made a connector for a larger diode that can handle 10A that drops the voltage by 0.7V and it works great and can be removed.

Doesn't Work 95% Of The Time
I bought this hoping that it would work to charge my batteries while we're out on the road in our camper van. Our van has a second battery that's charged while we're driving. I tried connecting the charger to the lighter sockets that are powered from the 2nd (house) battery, and it wouldn't charge. I checked the voltage on the battery and found it was 12.5V. I tried it on the lighter sockets that come from the main battery (starter), and it didn't charge. Rarely, I could get it to work while we were driving, but often it would stop charging for some unknown reason.

Refusal to allow return for correct charger
As a novice droner, bought this "old" Mavic pro charger based on comments that it fit Mavic 2 pro in prep for a road trip. The trip didn't go well as it didn't fit. By the time I asked for a return, the window closed. Seller is unwilling to accept a return/credit of unusable/unused charger for the correct charger even after I offered to pay shipping both ways. Appears to be no downside for them; why punish your customers esp. those new to the sport and your business?

Allows fast, safe charging of Mavic batteries in a vehicle
Have been using a few months now. This official Mavic car charger allows you to charge while in your vehicle at near full speed of the wall charger. It also supports a wide voltage range, much more than a standard 12-14V car/vehicle output. You can use it directly on higher voltage coaches/buses that offer 25-30V, which I wasn't able to test. I purchased it because I was going on a 3 week RV tour in a different country and wasn't sure about the voltage available in the power outlets.

Fast charger, no USB do
Works great and it charges the battery just as good as the home (wall plug in) one. The only issue I have is that I wish it would have an USB charger as well for the controller. Other than that the charger works great and fast. Worth the money if you are on the road a lot or are traveling.

買ってはみたものの
バッテリー充電は自宅内の充電で十分だった。 それでも充電中は短時間ではありません。 これを自動車内で行うと時間が掛る分、エンジン途中で止められない リスクが付いて回りそうだ。 バッテリーも5個も集めれば十分楽しめる。 遊び過ぎると本体も過熱するので、気遣いも必要か? よって不要になってしまったので返金依頼いたしました。

The genuine article! I hate the idea of using a third party charger for my expensive Mavic Pro. Treat yourself to one of these in the knowledge that it will charge your Mavic Pro batteries properly!
