Comfortable mortar board hat. It was used for a Back To School karaoke theme. I added a rubber band, cut in half, and attached to both side, to hold it on. Worked great.

Poor quality really, for the price. I know it is for a joke and this one gave us a good laugh. There is a popper between the upper and lower but and that keeps coming undone.
