Small and cheap
Cheap materials, would need to add a shirt underneath, plus pants. Material is thin, cheap and itchy. Need to size up. Son is 9 YO, size 10, and XL was too small

Sending it back
This is only a jacket, hat and tie. The jacket is made of a cheap nylon stretchy material, so it really looks nothing like an actual jacket. It's sloppy and doesn't look good on at all, which won't work for our president parade at school - it looks like he's wearing a dry fit tee shirt that doesn't fit well. Can't speak to the hat because I didn't unfold it from flat since we don't need it. The tie is just a sad material, too. I'm surprised that it cost this much, honestly.

Not bad at all! I needed a quick Abraham Lincoln costume for my 8 yr old daughter's social studies project. I had to order from Prime bc I had to get it in 2 days. I ordered Monday, today is Wednesday so happy with that! The project is Friday. The costume: It does the job!! No complaints here!! it comes with thin jacket with vest attached with a hat and a bow tie. I had to order a separate beard for $12.99 with my order ( you could draw one on for free as an alternative option) and I ran to Walmart and bought a boys white collared shirt for $9 and girls black pants for $7. I just need to fluff out the hat a little but like I said, it does the job!! If you need a quick Abe Lincoln costume for a child this will work. It also shows the outfit to be used with Frederick Douglas or anyone from that period. And it came fast! We will be ready now.

This is not excellent quality, but it's also very inexpensive. The shirt was as expected, but the hat is very flimsy, and does not hold any sort of shape. Still, for the price, it was fine. It worked for what we needed it for. We just laughed and joked that he looked like a disheveled president.

Tiny Honest Abe! Costume was a hit for 2nd Grade Briography walk. Just as an FYI - this does not come with the beard - remember to order separately.

Just hat and "coat"
For some reason I expected this to come with a beard. The hat requires some assembly but will serve its purpose. The jacket on the other hand is a joke. Very thin, no structure to emphasize it is suppose to be a gentleman's coat, looks like wearing a smock. Ordered a different kit that came with hat, beard, coat and pants which I wish I had found before purchasing this.
