Hard to find fault with this foosball table. I purchased an open box model from Amazon knowing that there may be issues. I went forward with the purchase after reading the reviews and realizing the customer service team at KICK was on top of their game. What I didn't realize was the support crew (Lisa) go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. The table had some damaged parts. She quickly went over the items, shipped them out, and they arrived faster than anyone could expect. The table itself is so much more for the price than I expected. They include tons of extras that a table 3 times as much doesn't include: an entire set of extra "men", 4 soccer balls, two drink holders, etc. And there are detailed videos on YouTube on step by step instructions of how to put the tables together (a video for almost every model they make). Yes, it is a lot of work to put the table together and the instruction manuals could use A LOT of help/better pictures. But the value and play-ability of these tables is exceptional for what they sell them for. Hard to believe. And my son loves his 5th birthday present and wants to play me every chance he gets. I know we will have a ton of years of enjoyment from this setup. If you are on the fence about a table, buy one from KICK because the customer service group will guarantee satisfaction and spend hours with you on the phone walking through everything if you really need the hand holding. Outside of buying the same model already put together for you locally, you can't beat these guys.

General: Table took around 3.5 hrs with two people. DO NOT PUT THE ROD WITH THE STRIKERS TOGETHER TILL THE VERY END (this was a bit confusing since the manual makes you believe to first put the rods together). This should be your last step after the table is all set and then insert the rods in the holes. Look at my color pics below to see rod placement/striker direction/rubber stoppers for end of rods placements, etc. Strikers and rubber stoppers need to be in as well. Read this section very very carefully else you will be undoing the whole rod setup. We got too excited and had to redo the entire rod system/placement/etc. I was looking for a sturdy table that would not move with rods going back and forth.. Overall I think this table is ok in this area. We gave it a good run yesterday. Pros: After putting the table together, it looks good. It remains to be seen how well it will hold up. I will stay optimistic. I have no choice. Table has good side leg adjusters with rubber at the bottom. This is great to level/balance the table as needed. Extra strikers and nuts and bolts to put them together. This is good in case some break. we have some tough guys who will be using this table. Well packed when arrived. Cons: Directions are a bit shotty. Also one of the boards were marked incorrectly (where the hinges should go). None of the boards are labelled. Make sure you take a marker and mark them (on the inside) before starting (reference instruction manual). One of already installed hinges was too far from corner. I had to drill new holes to place it correctly. The black finish is glued. One of the sides came off real easy. I could press it back down but I expected it to be better than what it is. Over time I will see how it holds up. See one of my pics where my nail is under the finish. I was cleaning it at the end and I heard this chirp (when plastic peels off and I couldn't believe how easy it came off). There are extra parts in the kit and there is no reference to what they are or where they go. Quite a few of them actually. Cant make head or tail of what they are. The ball droppers and cup holders are a joke! Real real cheap plastic. Be very careful when installing, especially the ball droppers. You dont have to really install the cup holders,but we did. Will probably never use them. I would have expected better plastic (see pics). More than usual dead spots. I have played lots of fooseball, but this table seems to have little more than what i would consider normal dead spots where you have to pick and reset the ball. Again, this is day 2 of owning this table. We gave it a good run yesterday (Day 1). I will post again if it doesn't meet the expectations. Giving it 4 stars. It should really be 3.5 if I had a choice. Would I purchase it again considering the price. Million $ question folks, million $ question. It all depends on how it performs. But I wanted to give new prospects some insight into what I came across. Good luck and enjoy!

Updated review. Customer service at Kick is great! They have went through my review on here and provided me with some replacement parts I complained about like the drink holders and the rod lube without me even reaching out to them. When they followed up and I mentioned the issue with one of the rod they were quick to offer replacement and I just got done putting it on the table. Everything is working good now due to great customer service and follow-up. Now I just need more people to play with. ???? Previous review below. Overall pretty good experience. One of the handle is lose due to the screw not screwing tightly and now the screw just spins in place loosely and I can't get it to come out. Rods are not lubricated and is grinding a bit. Not as smooth as the table at work and the table at work has been abused. On the product description it shows that they'll send you rod lube if you contact them but that seems like more hassle than it's worth so I ordered my own from Amazon as I figured it would get here before they'll send it to me. Other than that the assembly was fairly easy. Balls sometimes doesn't come out all the way after score as it gets stuck in the hose. It would also be good if they can mark all the hole location if not predrilled with marker like some of the other screw locations. What looks like metal is all plastic.
