No Glue Holding the Cover On x2
This is the second one of these I purchased. The first arrived with no glue sealing the box and the cover half off. The puzzle box had extremely worn edges and had a gouge in the box. It looked like it was used, and pieces were floating around in the shipping box upon arrival. I returned it and received a second today, again, with no glue holding the cover on. I've never had a quality issue with puzzle packaging before from Buffalo Games and I own a lot of their puzzles. The artwork for the puzzle looks amazing. But I'm not sure if all of the pieces are there or not.

Defective Packaging Ruins the Puzzle Experience
Before purchasing, take a moment to read the reviews—there’s a recurring issue with Buffalo Games packaging that still hasn’t been addressed. I ordered four fine art puzzles from their Marvel and Star Wars collections, and every single box arrived unsealed. You could see glue residue inside the flaps, but it clearly failed to adhere. To make matters worse, the puzzles were tossed loosely into the shipping box without any protective padding. During transit, all four boxes popped open, leaving me with 4,000 mixed puzzle pieces—a nightmare to sort through. I returned the entire order and requested replacements, only to receive the same defective packaging again. These puzzles were sold and shipped by Amazon and appeared brand new, but the packaging and handling were unacceptable. This is a serious failure on both Buffalo Games and Amazon’s part. Until they fix the packaging and shipping practices, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Used / opened puzzle shipped twice.
Looks like it should be really cool….but mine arrived in unsealed product packing, pieces were actually loose in the shipping mailer. Don’t want to waste time on something that could be missing pieces. Returned and requested replacement. Second one arrived in unsealed product packing as well. This time I decided to see if maybe it was just the glue on the box failing and the manufacturer didn’t seal the the pieces in a bag(like every other puzzle I’ve bought new). Started working it and after a few minutes I found several pieces that had worn edges and a tail tears. There was no doubt this was a used puzzle. Returned.

Wow! Really the only reviews about used and opened. I thought I was the only one. I had exactly the same issue. Opened with pieces loose in the packaging.

Damaged
Came damaged and unsealed. Ordered a replacement, and it came damaged and open as well. Sending back.
