The item was damaged on arrival i requested a refund which was approved but noone came to collect the parcel. I still have the damaged parcel and no refund. It's been 7 weeks and heard and received nothing.

Not worth the money
Brought this for my LO insect day at school didn't even make it to the school gates before the strap broke. Definitely not worth what I paid.
