The hat was not a Rabi hat and had no curls. Giving them the benefit of the doubt as it could have been an honest mistake.

nice hat but hair could be a bit more real looking
nice for halloween costume, nice sturdy hat, but hair pieces look too fake and too stringy costume. if hair is improved it would be a cool product. but hat was nice, very strong.
