Die Boa, die in einem Pappumschlag geliefert wurde und sehr zusammen gepresst war, ist zwar farblich sehr schön, aber verliert sehr viele Federn. Ich habe für Freundinnen noch mal 3 weitere Boa‘s bestellt, welche in einem Karton verpackt waren. Dabei war die Qualität viel besser. Also denke ich, dass die Verpackung der Grund für den schlechten Zustand der einzelnen Boa ist. Es wäre sehr nett, wenn ich diese ersetzt bekommen würde. Über eine Antwort würde ich mich freuen!

Für den Preis durchaus ok
Ich benutze die Federboa schon seit längerem für Baby-Fotoshootings. Für den Preis ist sie in Ordnung, aber wie meine Vorredner schon sagten, verliert sie viele Federn. Nach gut einem Dreivierteljahr wird es nun Zeit, dass ich eine neue kaufe, denn man merkt, dass die Boa immer lichter wird. Nichtsdestotrotz kann man für den Preis nicht meckern. Richtig unpassend finde ich jedoch die komischen seilartigen Abschlüsse. Sie sind auf Fotos sehr störend und ich habe nicht ausmachen können, wofür diese eigentlich gut sind. Trotz des Federausfalls und der Kordel vergebe ich noch vier Sterne, weil der Pries für 180cm Boa in meinen Augen völlig ok ist und die Federboa eine Zeit lang hält.

The best among the worst
I bought 10 of these for a bachelorette party (7 in a first order, and 3 in a separate order for people who confirmed later) because, after reading so many reviews of feather boas on Amazon, these were the one with the least worst evaluation, just 3.5 stars out of more than 1.800 evaluations. So I knew I would not get a product with the highest quality, but oh my... The first impression was actually positive. The purple colour was vivid and beautiful. The packaging of the first 7 boas was really good: They were packed in a box and were not squished at all. The second package, however, was squished, and the box was broken on the side, so the feathers started flowing out all around the hallway of my building through the hole in the box. And on that note, these boas REALLY DO LOSE A LOT OF FEATHERS! After a while, we realised the PAINT RUBS ON EVERYTHING IT TOUCHES! Our clothes were all purple, as were our hands and arms and necks and faces... Granted, the PAINT DOES COME OFF EASILY, be it in contact with the skin or with the clothers. All were washable pretty quickly with regular soap. In our group, we had different reactions to the purple foam coming out of first hand wash. If you go through such a situation with humor and alcohol in a bachelorette party, you'll get a wide range of reactions. Some girls took it lightly and thought it was funny, others were pretty mad and demanded that I write a bad review... Well, so here I am. If the people for whom you'll be buying these boas tend to be as good-spirited as the first part of my group and don't mind paying what I personally don't think is a such cheap price for a 1-time-use product, then absolutely, go for it! If your group is comprised of people that rather tend to not take such things so lightly, then I recommend use something other than feather boas... Cheers! ;)
