A fun and well-made collectible!
The details on this Ken doll are fantastic, from the outfit to the likeness, it’s a great addition to the Barbie Movie lineup. Perfect for display or gifting, and a must-have for any Barbie collector.

I love Ken. I’m one of those true fans of Ken. I really am pleased with the quality of this doll. His clothing looks good and I like the display box. I have collected several of the Ken’s from the movie and I am happy with them all!

"I'm Coming With You" Ken
I am reviewing the Barbie The Movie Ken Collectible Doll, Ryan Gosling as Ken Wearing Pink Jumpsuit with “B” Detail with White Sneakers and Multicolor Roller Skates. Unlike the first wave of Barbie The Movie Ken dolls, this Ken features the "Ryan Gosling" sculpt, based on Ryan Gosling's face. I often find celebrity sculpts uncanny, but this is one of the better ones. I find that it captures the essence of Ryan Gosling's features while still being a nice doll face. My doll arrived with the hair heavily gelled into spiky bangs; nothing a boil wash and some restyling didn't fix. I find that Kens with rooted hair often come overly gelled, since otherwise the short hair gets quite messy during transportation. I expect to need to fix up the hair to my liking. This Ken doll has an articulated body. It isn't a full made-to-move body, which I would appreciate at this price point, but I do like the articulation. It makes the Ken better for posing in tableaus. Many people might already have the rollerblades from another Barbie the Movie Ken, but I find it nice that they're included since they appear prominently in the scene with this outfit. The jumpsuit itself is well made. My only nitpick is with the zipper. While the zipper pull seems sized correctly, the slider seems larger than 1:6 scale. It's size forces the jacket placket to puff up, which looks a hair odd. This is a Black Label doll, meaning it is an open edition. I wouldn't save this one expecting to get a bunch of money for it in the future. Feel free to let kids play with and enjoy this Ken! This Ken has already gone on sale multiple times. On sale, I think he's a good value. His clothes are made much more nicely and with more detail than a playline Ken, and the posable body is definitely more fun that one with stiff limbs.

Ken is So Much Fun!!!
I love this new movie ken. He has an updated face. Comes with his rollerblades. He's arms and legs are easy to move. The box he comes in is very cool with the back having a cute poster of him on it. I'm very happy to have him!!!

Jumper slightly too tight on curvy, no hip rotation
While I got it on sale they keep referring to these kens by different body types when they're all 11 point Kens with NO hip rotation which gives them limited movement. The jumper is a decent quality BUT a little tight on a curvy doll... which is why I personally bought him for his clothes...

perfect collectible or kids toy
my daughter loves this movie accurate ken doll. she was asking for another ken after hers lost a leg when he got stepped on. she was super excited that this is the one from the barbie movie. his outfit is perfect, especially the roller-skates. he's as poseable and articulated as the normal dolls which is nice. some of these collectors type dolls are mobility limited as they aren't usually played with. the details are spot on, for a barbie. he definitely looks like Ryan Gosling and not just another ken. my daughter has been having a blast playing with him and her collection of barbies.

Worth the wait.
I was hoping they’d release the RG sculpt in this outfit and we finally have it. The jumpsuit doesn’t look like it fits as well as it did in the promo pics, but I wasn’t planning on unboxing anyway so I guess that’s fine. Hair could use some work but other than that he’s a perfect addition to the movie collection.

Esta bien
Es idéntico, la ropa es de buena calidad, viene bien embalado, me gusto mucho mas que las versiones anteriores, pero... traía como un rayón en la cara de fabrica, y con lo que cuesta y siendo coleccionista, pues decidí devolverlo, por eso le pongo un 4, pero por lo demás está muy bien.
