Definitely remastered.
I will be comparing this to the original HG01 Aile Strike Gundam. As with all High Grade kits, parts snap together and the plastic colours provide enough detail that you don't need to paint. Build is the same as the original, however there are additional decals compared to the original Strike Gundam. New parts make up the cannon, sword, shoulder parts, and backpack. The sword and cannon attach directly onto the Aile Striker pack, so if you are looking to use this to build the Sword Strike or Launcher Strike, you may want to buy the no-grade kits and add the parts to an HG Strike Gundam kit, as this kit will not include the back connections for those specific builds. The backpack also includes a dedicated peg-hole so you can place this on any display base. Over-all, this is a good quality model that is simple enough for new builders to get into gunpla.

pperfect strike is what i wish every gundam model was like!
Literally has all of the Strike Gundam parts in one kit. Has all three versions. Only lacks the blades for the beam sabers attached to the jet pack but they look good made just for looks. But has all other beams (sword, boomerang, bottom of sword beam). Only need to paint the exhaust holes on the jet pack and battery pack with the wings (i used black for both and then exacto knifed the excess paint. After applying a lacquer coat from hobby lobby I can't see a difference.) It can stand up on its own so idk what people are talking about. This is my second gundam model and it was easy to put together just like the first one. This one just looks so damn awesome. Wish I was a kid to play with it instead of just setting it up as a model. Really not aa hard model to put together. Could easily be your first model. Fly to your destiny (season 2) gundam! Amazing model. Best one yet. I have two. But ordered epyon, kyrios, and dynamis. So those reviews will come soon.
