Shadow High is back!!
Shadow High is back! Well, kind of.... They have brought back Shanelle with a beautiful new face screening, long braided hair and the full range of articulation that Rainbow and Shadow High were known for. The outfit is well designed and put together but sadly is only a one piece outfit. Also, for a "collector doll" she does not come with doll stand. Even with that, she truly is a gorgeous doll and I recommend her to any doll lover. Either for your own collection or as a gift. She won't disappoint.

Had an issue with shipping but she's finally here! Such a beautiful doll. I love her braids (they remind me of the styles we rocked in the 90's)they are soft with very little product. Her outfit is okay, I love her earrings, her makeup is cute. However, I'm not a huge fan of the white triangles. Excellent quality as usual. Honestly, the purse is trash.She didn't come with a stand, this is a stand from my own collection.

Not a collector doll quality
Pretty bad quality if I'm being honest. Pros: Beautiful character Hair is perfect Clothes look ok Cons: Bag is a sticker (peeling off on its own) Vinyl skin has tons of scratchy imperfections Eye makeup is messy Noticable shiny scuff on tip of nose Only one outfit (used to get 2 for this price) NO DOLL STAND Compared to the OG doll sets this is NOT a collector quality release. MGA needs to reassess what they consider a collectible, as this is still playline even with the added articulation.

Good
Overall she's good. I love the braided hair and the hairstyle, the outfit is packed with detail and texture, and the face card is awesome. My only complaints are the lack of a stand and the sticker clutch, I peeled that sticker off immediately and it looks far better. I really wish rainbow high would go back to the highly detailed shoes and handbags, but all in all for a limited release and at the price she was at I'm satisfied.

Shadow High is back?
Love her! For this price point, she's perfect. Sure, she doesn't come with a stand, but most collectors have 100s, and would prefer the bag. The handbag is cute - it is stickered rather than printed, but again, I don't care. I just want SH back. And again, at this price point, it's a great doll for the money. There were a lot of complaints by collectors about the cost of the dolls in the past - I'd say this doll (and Heather) would probably have been sold for around £40-£45 a couple of years ago. So some corners have been cut, which has brought the price down - and I have no issue with this. They're specifically targeted at adult collectors too, so I really hope that the people who complained about the original SH dolls, then complained when SH was discontinued....Will now accept that there has to be a happy medium. Stuff costs money, especially now. These are great value for money, and have made so many fans happy. And I love the new little touches to both Heather's and Shanelle's hair and makeup. Some collectors yearn for new characters, but MGA made the effort to differentiate from the original versions. Shanelle's makeup, microbraids and her new outfit has given her a very fresh and unique look. If you're SH or TH collector then don't hesitate! Buy!

She's gorgeous
She look way better than the stock photos(they boosted the contrast on the face so you could see all the details. The colors are a lot more balanced in real life) Came in MGA box within the Amazon box. So I might keep her in her original packaging since it's intact. A must have!

Cute but…
So happy that shadow high, articulation and great fashion are back!! She is a pretty doll !! No stands tho… she is kinda hard to display if you do not leave her in the box. Please MGA bring back the stands. 4.5/5
