Fun kit four our girls.

Great Set!
These are so much fun and my 5 and 6 year old really enjoy creating things with the aquabeads! I love that there are over 900 beads in 21 different colors - so many choices! There are also gemstones which are quiet nice. The bead pen is not as easy to use as one would think and it does kind of shoot the bead out, so I don't mind that this set does not include a bead pen. You will clip in the pattern paper behind the tray and from there you will add your beads. Once done fill the small spray bottle which is included with water and spray your creation, Wait 10 minutes and flip your creation and then spray again and wait an additional 10 minutes. From there it is done! This set did not include a peeler but a butter knife or fork will work just fine.

Great Activity Teaches Dexterity and Patience!
This is an awesome activity and a challenging one for my four year old granddaughter. It helps kids with dexterity and patience while arranging all the beads to make their favorite character. A good attention span also helps. Once together just spray with water and let dry. Comes with a zillion beads according to my granddaughter, a spray bottle, trays and a drawer for storage. I will have to pick her up more kits or refills for her birthday in a July.

Little bit of a creative learning curve
The first design we tried was an utter fail, lol. There is a little bit of a learning curve to it. We've been using the fuse beads that connect via an iron for the last few months and my kids love them. I thought this would be a great way for them to do something similar completely on their own (no ironing required). These aquabeads can be a bit messier than your standard iron-fusion beads. They can be a bit sticky as they're drying and I don't feel like the finished product is as sturdy/durable as the ironed version. This set includes a variety of colored beads with a handy storage container, pages with the designs printed on them, and a spray bottle for the water. My eight-year-old enjoyed playing with them. He made some of the included designs as well as created a few of his own. It is a bit messier, but the messes are easy to clean up since it's just water. There's a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, it's not too hard.

Such a fun quarantine activity! Kept my girls occupied for hours. They even made their own mr. dinkles without a pattern.

Unique but not necessarily great
This Aquabeads product is unique, I'll give it that. I've never had experience with such a product. Beads? Yes. Water? Yes. Two together? No. That said, beads are a tough one. For older children or adults, they are nice. For younger ones (the target audience herein), they can be problematic (choking hazard aside). They are small and easily lost and thus frustrating. In this case, it's a fairly elaborate process that we, quite frankly, didn't find worth the effort.

Cute kit
The kids liked Trolls, so this was a nice craft to go with the movie. We really like craft kits. I would much prefer them doing something than watching something. It is nice because they can spend the time doing it and then they have something special to keep. They are excited when they make something themselves. This is a great activity for a rainy day or a day when your child is sick or when you are just stuck at home. It is a good way to keep a child busy. I thought it was age appropriate. It wasn’t too hard. The children really liked how it turned out. I feel like this is good for child development. It kept my children's interest. It would also make a nice gift. I would recommend it.

Fun Rainy Day Activity
My girls love Aquabeads and have had a few sets that we put away for rainy days, etc. Now that we're all on lockdown due to COVID we are going through a LOT of our rainy day playsets. The girls were really excited to see this one. They've always enjoyed aquabeads and they are both huge Trolls fans. If you've never had an aquabeads set before, they do work. The cheaper, imitation brands don't but this brand really does. This set is a very nice one. There is a very nice assortment of beads and its very easy for the girls to do the "project" (ages 6 and 7). The template sheets are easy to follow. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a mess-free way to keep your children creatively entertained.
