Does the Job even with missing stickie sections
Did the job for halloweeen - Child enjoyed wearing it. Cape was missing a velcro patch though so was unable to stick it to the arm bands as expected.

hole in garment
i ordered this for my soon to be 3 year old granddaughter not thinking i just wrapped it up as you don't expect holes on garment, but she's just opened it and found the tutu has a hole in it and its now too late to return so i am not very happy
