Love Melissa & Doug – Mess-Free Fun for Kids
We absolutely love Melissa & Doug products, and this Water WOW! book is no exception. The refillable water pen is easy for little hands to use, and the colors that appear are bright and fun. The scented feature adds an extra layer of excitement my kids really enjoy. Best of all, it’s completely mess-free, no crayons, markers, or paint to clean up. The pages dry quickly so they can be reused over and over, which makes it perfect for road trips, restaurants, or quiet time at home. Another great Melissa & Doug product we’ll be buying more of!

What's the magic or something?
Saw these in Gatlinburg and fell in love with them. Came to Amazon to purchase for my daughter. I had to try all the pages myself to see what print was revealed. They do pretty well hiding the colors / print with the white coating until it's wet. I didn't read the cover very well and thought you had to scratch the page to smell it but the mild scent is released when it's wet. I made a small permanent scratch through the white coating so be careful not to scratch it.

Doesn't smell.
The felt tip is an improvement from the paintbrush style tip in other water wow kits but the scent is non-existant, and I have a very sensitive nose that can pick up on things others around me can't smell, so that's saying something.

Got this for our daughter to keep her busy on a flight. She loved it, couldn't really smell anything but that might just be me. Lol

Mess free fun
These are so nice, because they travel so well they don’t make a mess. They’re the perfect size and my kids love them. They are some of my road trip go to their affordable and a lot of fun.

Multi-sensory fun
FANTASTIC! Fun for kids, or relaxing for older fans! It's nice and large, has a wonderful variety of scents (They'll become stronger with use, so don't worry if there's not much scent the first time.) Easy to carry for travel with included water marker. Just bring a bottle of water for trips!

Pages are not very scented like stated
Why did you choose this product over others?: Book is ok as a normal water book but if buying for the fact the pages are scented I found this not to be that great overall the pages don’t smell one or two have a very weak smell but definitely not worth it for that reason
