Outstanding Large Lionel Covered Bridge!
This covered bridge is awesome for the price. I kit bashed mine and painted it weathered red the results were very good. This bridge does require assembly but for me that made it much easier to paint. The screws are small so be carful when assembling don’t torque them down to far in the plastic so the holes don’t strip. Very nice LED lighting installed that is bright. The bridge looks awesome and I could not be happier with my purchase..

Covered Bridge
It was and is a great purchase! Some folks stated that you had to assemble this item and that it was a pain in the butt, because the screws were super tiny and that holding on to them and lining them up was a bit much. So my thought was find items like this that are fully assembled. So that's exactly what I did. As far as I'm concerned that's the only way to go.

Very cool and huge but hard to assemble
This covered bridge was bought as a christmas gift. It was huge! Which totally made it cool and the train fit perfect. I was not the one to assemble it but I will tell you my boyfriend who did had a heck of a time doing it. From what he told me some of the holes didnt match up an it took him a little to put it together, but it does look great. The only thing we are not sure of is the type of track it connects to. The track that came in his newer train does not match the plug, so we have not tried the lights.

Not worth it at all, pain to put together
Very disappointed. Similar review I left for the Kinkaid covered bridge. Overpriced Chinese manufactured garbage. Sad this came from a company like Lionel that has been in business as many years as it has. Very poorly manufactured. Had to be put together with tiny micro screws. Holes are too small so stripped two screw drivers trying to put it together. It's impossible to screw the roof onto the sides because of how it is designed. Screws from the bottom up and you can't fit a screw driver in it so I just didn't bother screw the top on.At most this cost them $5.00 to produce in China and they sell it for $80 Also, if you want to use this with the FasTrack tracks you will need to buy the additional FastTrack power cable to connect the wire it comes with that are attached to the lights to your FasTrack otherwise you won't be able to power the lights.

Nice addition to your Lionel layout.
This accessory is big and beautiful. Yes, it comes unassembled and it's a little work to put it together. You'll need a well-lit place and a fairly fine tipped Phillips screwdriver. Look great once on your layout with LED lighting.

Great Addition
Very nice addition to your Lionel Train Set. It took me about 30 minutes to put it all together. Very straight forward instructions. Very large covered bridge and it is impressive looking once placed in the train tracks. The three inside lights makes it very life like and I received three extra bulbs, great. The material is very sturdy and durable. With minimum care it should last you a long time. Use a small cross tip screwdriver at least 8 plus inches long or you'll be spending way more time putting it together. That did the trick for me. No stripped plastic or screws. I finished it and it looks great on my set. The only drawback I can mention is that maybe the lights should have been LEDs instead. Otherwise this is a great buy. Recommend this item to friends and family alike. Good luck with yours.

Works w/ Lionel G scale Ready-To-Play Polar Express
Was not sure if product worked w/ ready to play g scale Polar Express, and there was zero information on the subject. So, I took a chance. The tunnel has to be lined up perfectly to the 1/8th of an inch on both sides of the tunnel to avoid derailments. It works best to have 2 ready-to-play straight tracks entering and exiting the tunnel. Very fun addition. Solid construction. Drives the cats wild, which is a good thing. Screws and assembly were challenging--good lighting, lots of patience and correct screw-angle made it easier. Good investment.
