Bright & Decorative Masks For The Occasional Function
We are hoping to go to a Masquerade Ball in a few months so, when the 'CHBDYOM Vintage Masquerade Masks Sets, 7 Pieces Gold Lace Half Face Masks' came onto the Vine program, I thought they would be an item to review. The masks are individually wrapped in cellophane; there are seven different colours - so one of them should go with your outfit! They are not elasticated but have a ribbon to tie at the back of the mask (see pic), this makes it more difficult to put on 'solo' - you (at least I) will need assistance to get the ribbon tight enough. There is a bit of excess glue at the back of the masks (see pic) which will have to be removed before used near your eyes. At £9.99 for seven masks (at time of writing) the masks are decent value for money - they look bright and decorative enough for the occasional function - they are for short-term use only anyway. I only review products I would want for myself. This is how I rate the products: ⭐ - Does not function as described/Not worth the money ⭐ ⭐ - Below average product – maybe shop around ⭐ ⭐⭐ - Works okay, nothing special. Average ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐ - Very good product with a one or two minor niggles ⭐ ⭐⭐ ⭐⭐ - Faultless/Functions exactly as described

Not particularly well made
These look fine at a distance but not great close up due to all the loose threads and strings of glue. Could be tidied up in a few minutes with a pair of scissors though. The back is plastic, so it looks like all the components have been glued together rather than stitched. The ribbon is also glued on and I suspect that it won't stand up to much use before they come off. On the plus side, the back is shaped and fits well.
