These notebooks are quite special. Not many things true deserve 5 stars, this brand does. Paper: Not the thickest or most dense, but the quality is astounding. The bleed resistance is much more than you would expect. If the paper weight were to just be a bit more, I'd reckon it would be basically bleed-proof. Will warn ya, the paper is extremely smooth, so careful when using a lower quality pencil and certain, extremely-generous-with-the-ink pens. If your left-hand, smearing might be an issue for ya. Space/Organization?: I, personally wanted a more compact notebook, not small, but effective in its size. The pages are of a good quality, yet remain thin. Most notebooks will begin to slowly expand and you use them, with the paper slowly inflating from use. These mostly do not to that degree, like the spiral kind. Since they don't have that issue, you won't get that sudden crumple issue when your rushing and putting stuff in your bag, since the notebook is puffing up on the sizes, it allows whatever your shoving in to immediately crush your notebook.(Extremely niche issue, but if you know, you know) Page count: I'd recommend to pick the 100 page count ones, might not as large as the 30 page ones, but in terms for normal use (if you don't require a larger page size) 100 pages is a better trade off than more paper real estate. Oh, I forgot to mention, these really do lay flat, extremely well, the spine seems to be really well made for that. For the quality of notebook, these are an extremely great value for the money. I'm so glad these aren't more expensive, if they were, I'd still buy them. The only downside, the only color they come in is blue (the pack of 100 page notebooks is what I bought) so if you don't like blue or wish to spicy up your notebook choice. You'll be out of luck, but blue is a nice neutral color. Stationary fans will understand the love of this notebook.
