Great for LIP BLUSH practicing
You have to be very careful with the skin to not poke holes in The Pigment, the machine speed, needle size, and technique is IMPORTANT when using these for practicing PMU. We feel they are best when using a slower speed, circular movements or shoveling techniques instead of whipshading or stippling techniques. If you desire a "dotty look", then pointilism is best with a light touch, but it takes forever. These are great for learning how to stretch the skin while tattooing.

Good for make-up tutorials
I purchased these for my daughters to practice makeup tutorials on. They really appreciate them. Allows them to practice and teach each other lipstick application techniques. I appreciate the three pack and the variety of skintones.

Realistic skin tones and density
These practice mannequin mouths have something that regular tattoo skin seem to lack, which is a realistic skin color. Perhaps it's because these are for permanent makeup, and it's really important to blend the colors accurately. These have a gel like quality to them, that makes the lips very flexible, and maybe even a little bit less flexible than actual lips, but they are free standing, giving you a realistic feel and tension.
